We are available for appointments at the following times:
Tuesday – 12.30pm – 5pm
Wednesday – 9am-5pm
Thursday – 12.30pm – 5pm
Friday – 9am – 5pm
Saturday – 12.30pm – 5pm
We are closed on Mondays. During our busiest season some Mondays may be available, our calendar will show bookable availability when this is the case.
An appointment gives you 1-2-1 time with us, parking for one car, access to our changing room and all the help and advice that you need from our experts, perfect for viewing all our our stock, trying pieces on and designing bespoke pieces.
Appointments are usually 1 hour long, however if you are visiting for alterations or repairs or smaller jobs we also have half hour slots available.
Please note if you are looking for an appointment the current day please call us, we do not show availability on our booking system for the current day so that we can plan our time, but feel free to give us a call on 01252715039 and if we have space we will do our best to fit you in.
Drop in Mornings
We offer drop-in times, designed for getting a first feel of what we offer and the opportunity to ask some questions and to generally find out more about us.
Drop in times are also suitable to discuss hat repairs, collect items, and purchasing accessories but appointments can also be booked if preferred.

If you are however looking to purchase a hat or headpiece on your visit, we do recommend booking an appointment rather than just dropping in so we can offer you our full attention and access to the changing area.
Please note there is NO parking available for drop-in clients
We can only offer parking for pre-booked appointments.
If you have booked an appointment please only park on the left hand side of the carpark.
Please note as it is a shared carpark, although we do have a single space that comes with our premises we cannot always guarantee that there will be space available as we do not have control over visitors to other businesses. Please note we only have parking for one vehicle.
If you are using our walk-in hours and have not booked an appointment, please park on West Street or in one of the public carparks.
How to Find Us
Our address is: The Oast House, 5 Mead Lane, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 7DY
Coming from the town centre: Head along West Street, past Elphicks and the museum. When you see Farnham Tandoori restaurant turn left just in front of it onto Mead Lane. Follow the lane down until it opens up at the bottom. Enter through The Oast House Carpark on the left hand side and we are based up the steps then to the left at the end of the carpark.
Coming from the Coxbridge roundabout: Head along West Street toward the town centre, go straight across at the roundabout in front of the Memorial Hall, then take the next right just after the Farnham Tandoori restaurant onto Mead Lane. Follow the lane down until it opens up at the bottom. Enter through The Oast House carpark on the left hand side and we are based up the steps then to the left at the end of the carpark.
What to bring with you
If you are looking to match an outfit, it is very important that you bring the outfit with you including any accessories that you already have.
Photographs and small swatches can not always give us an accurate representation of colours or style and can make it difficult for us to offer our best advice. So bringing it with you can avoid having to make a second visit. However we will always do our best with what can be provided.
Our showroom is up a flight of stairs and unfortunately we have no lift.
If this will be a problem please let us know and we can arrange an alternative way of viewing.
