Every hat we make is a one-off piece and different from the last. We as a small team are passionate about creating and offering the best customer service possible.

Experience our award winning service and designs from the comfort of your own home, from anywhere in the world with our WhatApp Video call consultations.

The service that we provide is personal and unique to each individual that we want every customer to get the very best from us. Therefore rather than being left to choose from our styles online, we can now offer you the same in-store experience and customer service anywhere in the world via our video call consultations.

This enables you to have full access to the entire range of pieces and designs and inspiration and advice as to how to style your look and bespoke options from our award winning team. Most calls are made using WhatsApp.

This is perfect for those wanting something at short notice, or for those wanting their own bespoke piece, but who can’t make it to our Surrey Boutique.

Rather than just enquiring at what ‘pink hats’ we have in stock, our video call consultations allow us to get to know you, your personality, likes and dislikes, your frame and stature so that we are offering you the most suitable pieces or bespoke options for you.  We are then able to tailor the search for that perfect headpiece to you and your needs.

This information will allow us to best prepare for your consultation, whether you purchase from our extensive stock collections or whether we design a piece to order.  We will aim to book in a Video consultation within 48hours of your initial enquiry, but sooner if the request is urgent.

During the consultation we will first get to know a little bit about yourself and the event and discuss your requirements.  From there we will show you many stock pieces that we have available to start generating ideas.

Through feedback from yourselves we can quickly ascertain the routes we need to head down and, using our expert knowledge, make sure we come up with the best piece for you.

We can also discuss other accessories to co-ordinate with your outfit to make it complete, from corsages and wraps to shoes and handbags if required.

Even if purchasing from our stock collections, we can discuss slight amendments to designs to ensure it is the perfect match to you and your outfit, from adding secondary colours, changing the head fixing, and matching fittings to your hair colour.  The options available to you are extensive and many available on tight lead-times!

 

Once a piece or design has been decided on we will send your customer agreement and if it is from stock we will then make any necessary changes, work out any postage costs and send you a invoice that is payable online. Once paid we can either start work on your bespoke piece or post out the selected piece to you, protected in one of our hat boxes, in plenty of time of the date agreed.  We can often post out headwear the same day or next day for items currently in stock, if you are very short on time.

If you have chosen to have a piece made to order, we may request you to send us actual colour samples (we will let you know during the consultation if this will be required).  Once received, we will take a 30% deposit* and we will then start handcrafting your hat or headpiece.  We require approximately six weeks’ lead time to make your hat or headpiece although we will always be able to create something in a shorter leadtime, you may just be limited on certain elements. Please allow a little extra time if overseas postage is required and to avoid any last minute panics or hold-ups!

We will be able to give a more accurate time scale once we have confirmed a design.

Once we have made your hat, we will arrange a second Video call or send photos for you to see your finished piece, for us to show you how to wear it, and to allow us to make any changes that you may require to make it ‘just right’ for you.  Once full payment* has been received, your special headpiece will be beautifully boxed and posted out to you in plenty of time of the agreed date.

*Payment can be made via out online portal, by card on the phone or via BACS payment.
