This year has certainly not been the one we had expected, but its already the end of October and that means that it’s time of year where we are once again launching our Poppy Appeal campaign.
Now more than ever it’s so important to raise fund for those in need, with events being cancelled throughout the year the short fall of donations for the Royal British Legion is vast.
Just like that, it’s Poppy Appeal time again.
Every year we run our campaign in support of the Royal British Legion, supporting veterans, often creating a lifeline for those who have done so much for us.
We would also like to thank the Farnham British Legion, whose support to our campaigns is above and beyond what we could ever wish for. You can read about the wonderful commemorative event at Farnham Castle that they invited us to last year here
For the latter half of October and early November full swing into our Poppy Appeal campaign, fundraising in support of the Royal British Legion.
The shop was turned into a festival of poppies from amazing paper poppies and the tri-service flag, draped in poppy brooches, poppy scarves and poppy accessories, eye catching windows and dramatic displays.
