Alton Fashion Show 2015 is an event showcasing the very best of the season’s collections from independent local businesses, taking place on Wednesday 18 November at The Maltings in support of the Treloar Trust.
The first ever fashion show of its kind in Alton will see ten local businesses working together to raise money for Treloars while promoting the fantastic range of shops we have locally.
The runway show features bridal wear, formal wear, and handpicked clothing from Four Marks based Tall Girls. Former Alton based business Experience and 217 Menswear from Fleet will be joining the runway, along with Beverley Edmondson Millinery from Farnham. All hair styling is being provided by The Cutting Room, with make-up from Pretty Woman Beauty Salon.
The Fashion Show is proud to be supporting the Treloar Trust, who will be running a fantastic raffle on the evening. There will also be stands selling fashion and beauty gifts – a great chance to get inspired, shop for Christmas and contribute to this fantastic charity!
The show is being organised by Emma Molyneux of Experience, Fleet and Jenny Atherton of Fuse Projects, Alton.
Jenny said, “Following the success of working with businesses in Fleet to run two similar events and raising over £5,500 for charity, we decided to bring this successful event over to Alton. We both grew up in Alton and wanted to work with the businesses to offer a different kind of night out while giving a real boost to the town.”
We are very excited to be taking part in this brilliant, fun filled evening with other local businesses, and all for a great cause!
Tickets are available from the new town centre florist, Bows and Bouquets on Market Street or online via http://www.altonfashionshow.co.uk/. Tickets cost £18, which includes a bubbles reception, entertainment, shopping, a fabulous fashion show and a donation to the Treloar Trust.
